What delivery options does Harris Technology offer?
At Harris Technology we offer Standard delivery options. In order to maximise efficiency and minimise delays we currently use a combination of shipping from our own inventory as well as using our suppliers who provide drop ship delivery where applicable.
Orders for stocked items typically depart within 1 - 3 Working days of receipt of order and payment confirmation during business days (Monday-Friday, excluding public holidays.)
Delivery times for Standard shipping may vary depending upon your proximity to metropolitan areas of each capital city, with customers typically receiving delivery following despatch within 2 - 3 Working Days.
For customers who reside outside of metropolitan areas, including regional areas. Deliveries can be expected after despatch within 3 - 5 Working Days.

If shipping out via Australia Post, it may be necessary to bring the item into our warehouse first. This will typically add about 24-48 hours to the delivery time. If this causes any issues for you, please contact our customer service team in order discuss alternate options.
Our suppliers ship stock via various courier companies, all of which require a signature upon delivery, so please ensure that someone will be at the destination address to minimise any delays in getting your order. How do I calculate delivery for my order?
Delivery can be easily calculated using the Shopping Cart by entering your postcode for an immediate quote.
Whether you hold an existing account or are just browsing as a guest, simply add the products you wish to purchase to the Shopping Cart. Upon progressing to view the Cart, logged-in users will immediately see their delivery fee displayed based on their default delivery address. Guest users will need to manually enter their postcode then click ‘Update’ to see their delivery fee.
Delivery cost is confirmed once the delivery address has been finalised during the checkout process.
Please note that due to weight restrictions set by freight carriers, items that are oversized or overweight may require a manual quotation from Harris Technology staff due to elevated costs associated with such items. If your order is impacted our customer service team will contact you and provide a quotation for your review.
How do I track the status of my order?
The status of all your current and past orders can be viewed using the Orders function within the Account Summary page.
Please note, only items using Australia Post eParcel currently support online tracking. Items that are being drop-shipped from a supplier may be temporarily unavailable for tracking due to the involvement of a 3rd party. Please check back shortly for updated tracking information.

What is the difference between Part Ship & Full Ship?
If you select to have your order full shipped it will be despatched only once all the products in your order are available and ready to be delivered from one of multiple warehouses (where possible).
If you select to have your order part shipped it may be despatched as one or more separate shipments from multiple locations where stock is available, or in stages as stock become available and ready to be delivered.
Please Note that if you do select the part ship option and multiple shipments are indeed required, then additional delivery charges may apply. A Customer Service representative will contact you prior to your order being despatched to confirm any additional delivery charges.
Harris Technology has the right to change between Full Ship and Part Ship at our discretion but no additional charges will apply.
The Part Ship or Full Ship options can be selected in the Checkout when placing any order online.
What is ‘Quick Download’ or ‘ESD’ software and how do I get access to my purchase?
ESD Software – also known as Quick Download – is a process whereby you can purchase software directly from Harris Technology and get access to it a short time later, without waiting for delivery of a box or DVD.
Although ESD is the fastest way to get your software purchase up-and-running on your machine, it is subject to some delays which are necessary to providing the service, such as:
- All license keys are sent manually by a Harris Technology staff member to you via email. This is a necessary step which we have introduced to prevent fraudulent transactions as we manually verify the contact and payment details of each individual order
- This does, however, rule out an instant receipt of your access key, particularly during evenings, weekends and public holidays as codes are able to be provided only during business hours as such please allow at least 24 hours to receive your key
- The software itself is downloaded by you, the user, with no physical copy provided on DVD or CD. Before purchase please ensure that you have a suitable internet connection available
- Please be advised that download conditions and speeds may vary depending upon the quality and speed of your local internet connection. Please also be aware of data limits as Harris Technology is unable to take any responsibility for exceeding data caps or similar
